This week, we're reviewing The Incomer (2026), the bizarre Scottish fantasy comedy starring Domhnall Gleeson, Gayle Rankin, Grant O'Rourke, and John Hannah. Two isolated siblings have spent 30 years living on a remote island, surviving on oysters, seagulls, and their father's number-one rule: NO INCOMERS. Then an awkward government official shows up to relocate them, and all hell breaks loose.
We're talking mythical seal-men, seagull ceremonies, a vegan trying to survive on an island full of carnivores, and possibly the greatest use of an iPhone in a fantasy movie. It's weird, it's hilarious, and it has a surprising amount of heart. Johnny doesn't hand out many BINGE NOW ratings, but this one might just deserve it.
