A small-town sheriff (Chuck Norris) faces off against a genetically enhanced, self-healing killer created by unethical scientists who clearly skipped the “maybe don’t do this” phase of medical school.
This movie is what happens when:
Halloween
A kung fu movie
And a Frankenstein experiment
…all collide in a dusty Texas town.
And somehow?
It works.
And doesn’t work.
At the same time.
🔥 Why This Movie Is Wild
This isn’t just a review — it’s an autopsy.
🧬 The Killer Logic:
The villain literally calls his doctor like:
“Hey… just a heads up, I’m about to lose it.”Then proceeds to become unstoppable, silent, and unkillable
👨⚕️ The Science:
The town’s psychiatrist is ALSO:
A surgeon
A lead scientist
Part of a trio of mad experimenters
Totally normal.
👮 Chuck Norris Energy:
Plays the most honest, righteous sheriff of all time
The kind of guy who makes you believe law enforcement is pure again
(It’s a movie… relax)
🍺 That Insane Bar Fight Scene
One of the best sequences in the movie?
A biker bar fight shot at a real Dallas hangout.
They installed a breakaway window for ONE shot
The motorcycle crash had to be done in one take
The entire fight took four days to shoot
That’s the kind of commitment you don’t see anymore.
🔥 The Stunts Were Absolutely Unhinged
We’re talking:
Truck crashes
High falls
A man dragged under a vehicle
Explosions
Shootouts
All for a few seconds of screen time.
No CGI. Just chaos.

Originally pitched to Clint Eastwood (he passed)

Eventually rewritten specifically for Chuck Norris

Here’s where things fall apart:
The pacing drags HARD
There are way too many gaps between kills
And the ending?
👉 No resolution. No win. No hope.
It basically says:
“Yeah… you’re all screwed.”
Were they setting up a sequel?
Did they just give up?
We may never know.

It’s not tight enough to be essential viewing…
…but it’s too weird, too ambitious, and too chaotic to ignore.
