📺 JOHNNY SPOILER’S HULU STREAMING UPDATE
Hulu just dumped a pretty ridiculous pile of movies into the streaming bin for September, and there are actually some good reasons to go digging around in there.
Horror fans get a nice little early Halloween warm-up with Jennifer’s Body, Coraline, and ParaNorman all hitting Hulu September 1.
And yes, Jennifer’s Body absolutely deserves its second life as a cult horror movie. Megan Fox gets possessed, starts eating teenage boys, and somehow the movie took years for everybody to realize it was in on the joke.
Coraline and ParaNorman also make this a surprisingly strong month for creepy animation that you can technically pretend is for the kids.
🍿 Also streaming September 1:
Inglourious Basterds — Tarantino rewrites World War II because apparently history needed more Brad Pitt and baseball bats.
The Bob’s Burgers Movie — if you've already burned through the series again.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom — dinosaurs, volcanoes and another reminder that nobody in these movies has learned to stop building things involving dinosaurs.
Moneyball — Brad Pitt attempts the seemingly impossible task of making baseball statistics exciting.
Jerry Maguire — Tom Cruise, Cuba Gooding Jr., and enough endlessly quoted dialogue to power the Internet for another decade.
Amsterdam, Burlesque, and two Ice Age movies round out the September 1 movie dump.
Later in the month, Hulu adds Poor Things, Babylon, A Complete Unknown, and — for the anime crowd — Jujutsu Kaisen 0 arrives September 30 in both subbed and dubbed versions.

Futurama Season 14 continues throughout September, because apparently cancelling Futurama is now merely part of the show's renewal process.
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 18 continues dropping new episodes.
And FX expands the Snowfall universe with The Drop: A Snowfall Saga, following Wanda Bell and Leon Simmons into 1990s Los Angeles and the emerging West Coast rap scene.
That premieres September 8 with additional episodes throughout the month.
Hulu is also streaming Law & Order: SVU Season 27, Made in Korea Season 2, dubbed seasons of Honey Lemon Soda and A Sign of Affection, and the season finale of Futurama lands September 28.
