Project: Metalbeast (1995): Somebody Built a Cybernetic Werewolf

We've watched 21 werewolf movies.

You know what's missing?

METAL.

Project: Metalbeast (1995) takes lycanthropy and mixes it with secret experiments, science-fiction and cybernetic insanity.

The result is essentially what the title promises:

A metal werewolf.

There is a beautiful era of genre filmmaking where somebody could come up with a concept like this and the response wasn't:

"That's ridiculous."

It was:

"When do we start shooting?"

This is why we dig into forgotten movies.

You never know when you're going to discover a cybernetic werewolf.

Johnny Spoiler specializes in digging these movies back up. Find more cult movies, horror reactions and werewolf episodes at Binge-Watchers Podcast.
